Boosts

Anyone can boost a validator by sending ATOM. The ATOM is staked with that validator and stays there permanently. There is no withdrawal path - boosting is one-way support for the validator's community.

Two ways to boost

From the dapp. Open the validator's page and use the "Boost this validator" card. Enter an ATOM amount and sign with a Cosmos wallet. The ATOM is delegated to that exact validator.

Direct ATOM send. Send ATOM to the hub contract address from any wallet. The boost is split across the registered validators in proportion to how much each is already staked. A small portion (treasury + operations, 20% total) covers protocol costs; the rest goes to validators.

Either way, once a validator's pending balance crosses the 0.5 ATOM minimum, the ATOM is delegated on the next staking cycle.

Where boosts show up

• The validator's page shows a "Total Boosted" tile when they have received any boosts.
• The analytics page has a "Boosted Validators" card listing every validator that has been boosted, sorted by total.

When you boost via the dapp's Boost button, the validator's Total Boosted tile updates in your browser immediately once the transaction confirms. The indexer that feeds the global numbers (Analytics page, other browsers) catches up on the next cycle, roughly every 30 minutes.
